		Jack's first baby this year, JRV Jacks Fancy Smoke, APHA Red Roan/overo filly, born 2-7-03, out of FIRE N GOLD APHA Palomino/overo, (Many Times Grand Champion) mare, by THE FIRESTARTER APHA Sorrel/Overo (11 Halter Points, World Champion Producer), and out of an own daughter of MR GUN SMOKE AQHA Superior Cutting Horse.  For those of you who follow the web site every year Lotsaspots, as we called her, was quite a shock.  FIRE N GOLD, AKA Bunny, has really nice babies but her babies are usually solid in color with maybe a star or a white foot, while the Quarter Horse mares throw high stockings and wild blazes.  So I think you can understand the fuss thrown over this filly.  Bunny was making up for lost time, so we are eager to see if she was just slippin or if this is the start of a wild pattern.  Tune in to Jack's 2004 page this spring to see what happens.  Meanwhile Lotsaspots, AKA Lexy, is doing well in here new home, and hope to see her showing this spring.  Good Luck Debra and Lexi. 					4th in line this year is JRV Jack's Lil Star, AKA Bobby, AQHA sorrel filly, born 4/20, out of AQHA Sorrel mare, BRIGHTS LONE STAR (5.5 Open Halter 2.5 Amateur Halter) by SR STAR BRIGHT (18.5 Open Halter 4 Amateur Halter).  SR STAR BRIGHT is by SKIPA STAR (Superior Halter) and out of TRENA PAT (AQHA Champion).  BRIGHTS LONE STAR's Dam is an own daughter of POCO FURY (AQHA Champion) X POCO PINE (AQHA Champion) X POCO BUENO (AQHA Champion).  This is BRIGHTS LONE STAR's, AKA Star, first filly.  Star and Jack are another of my favorite crosses.  Jack and Star have two colts together, JRV Jack's Blazin Poco, 2000 sorrel gelding, whom I might add is doing great in his new home. And JRV Jacks Jazzy Poco, 2002 sorrel gelding.  These colts are so easy going, big and stout, with pretty heads, wonderful dispositions, nice balanced bodies, and powerful hips.  Really nice all-around type of horses.  Bobby is following in her brothers hoofprints, she too is easy going, has a quiet disposition, a beautiful little head, a nice balanced body, and a massive hip.  Horses that can halter in the morning, but can work on the ranch all day.  Bobby is enrolled in the AQHA Incentive Fund and is offered for sale at this time.
		3rd baby this year, a colt finally, AQHA Chestnut gelding, JRV Jacks Lil Hank, AKA Hank, born 4-7, out of AQHA Chestnut mare JEZEBEL CAIN, AKA Socks.  JEZEBEL CAIN is by HEZA HOT SENSATION (8 Open Halter 4 Amateur Halter) by HEZA HOTSHOT HANK( Superior Halter) X DO DO CHICK (Superior Halter), and out of an own daughter of NORTH SLOPE (32 Halter 51 Performance) X BUZZ BAR(AAA ROM RACE).  As you can see, Jack consistantly produces babies that are balanced, nice to look at, as well as athletic, on all types of mares. Socks and Jack have a 2002 chestnut filly, JRV Jacks Lil Jezebel, that is offered for sale on our sale page, and Socks is expecting another baby in April and is offered for sale as well.  But Hank is doing fabulous in his new home, with a busy future ahead of him.  Good Luck Hank & Jack.
